We do not allow any outside storage (temporary or permanent outbuildings) or temporary fencing under any circumstances.
We do not offer trash service (although a dumpster is available for your trash)

Under no circumstances is someone’s monthly site assumed to be on a permanent basis.
There are no contracts given, so you are on a month-to-month basis, therefore, you may leave after any given month (or sooner without a refund), or if WCR does not feel to renew your month, you will need to move out by the end of the given month you are paid through.
Cancellation Policy
RV Site Reservations
2+ Weeks: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee or full refund issued in camp credit.
1-2 Weeks: 50% of the reservation refunded and 50% forfeited, or full refund in camp credit.
Less than 1 Week: Full reservation forfeited.
Cancellation policy is subject to change.
Cabin & Treehouse Reservations
3+ Weeks: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee or full refund issued in credit.
1-3 Weeks: 50% of the reservation refunded and 50% forfeited, or full refund issued in camp credit.
Less than 1 Week: Full reservation forfeited.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed, but no aggressive dogs will be allowed and your pet cannot be kept alone outdoors during the day or night.
Your pet must be on a leash at all times when walking in the park and you must clean up after your pet.
Barking or other disturbances will not be allowed.
Additional Policies
*Late fee for monthly renters is $50 if not paid by the 1st of each month
* Prorating is not allowed for RV guests. If you are checking out before the end of the month, your charges will be based on nightly or weekly rates, or you may keep your monthly rate if it is less.
* Check-out for RV guests is at 11 am and check-in for RV guests is 12 pm
* Deposits taken for RV spots are non-refundable (including all overnight stays, all overnight stays are paid upfront and are not refundable) and are not applied to rent
* User assumes all risk while in the park, parked in the park, and plugged into the RV site. You are encouraged to use proper protection for your RV. WCR is not responsible for any damages to your RV or your wiring if no protection is installed. You may be liable for damages to the pedestal if your RV has caused the damage. WCR is not responsible for providing emergency information. If you have an emergency, please dial 911. We do not offer pest control to RV sites.
*Your campsite must be kept in an orderly fashion or you may be asked to clean up your campsite upon notice from management.
*** Owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and policies, whether written here or elsewhere are subject to owners discretion and are subject to change at any time with or without notice.
***Website written policies supersede all other policies and are implied whether signed by the renter or not.
